Use of the website

You may access and view this website for personal, informational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify the content without our prior written consent.

Apps

Each of our apps is governed by its own terms of use, presented within the app and on its App Store page. Use of our apps is subject to those terms in addition to the App Store's standard terms.

Intellectual property

All content on this site (including text, design, logos, brand names, and trademarks) is the property of ByteVoid SASU. "ByteVoid" and "Latelight" are trademarks of ByteVoid SASU.

Limitation of liability

This website is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. ByteVoid SASU is not liable for any damages arising from your use of or inability to use this site.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total cumulative liability for any claim relating to this website is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid to ByteVoid SASU in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred euros. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations of liability for personal injury, gross negligence, or willful misconduct, in which case those limitations do not apply to the extent prohibited by law. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ByteVoid SASU from any claims arising from your misuse of this website, including using it in ways that violate these terms or applicable law.

About our apps

The Latelight iOS app is governed by its own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, in addition to the App Store's standard terms. Use of Latelight is subject to those documents.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any disputes shall be brought before the competent courts of Paris, France.

Consumer mediation

If you are a consumer and we cannot resolve a complaint directly, you have the right to refer the dispute free of charge to a consumer mediator (Code de la consommation, Art. L612-1). Before contacting the mediator, please first send your complaint to us at [email protected] so we have a chance to resolve it. If we do not reach an amicable agreement, or if we do not reply within a reasonable period of one (1) month, you may refer the dispute free of charge to the mediator listed by the Commission d'évaluation et de contrôle de la médiation de la consommation (Art. L612-2 and L615-1).
