Flynomadic - Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Flynomadic iOS app, published by ByteVoid SASU ("we", "our", "us"). By using the app you agree to them.

What the service is

Flynomadic designs trip itineraries with AI-assisted research: destinations, flights, stays, routes, and day-by-day plans, costed against the budget you set. It is a planning and research tool.

What the service is not

  • Not a travel agency. We do not sell, book, or resell flights, accommodation, or any travel service. All bookings happen directly between you and third-party providers through links you choose to open.
  • Not a price guarantee. Prices in itineraries are researched estimates, always stamped with the date they were checked. Fares and rates change continuously. Verify every price at booking.
  • Not advice. Itineraries may reflect weather, seasonal, and logistical research, but conditions change. Check official sources for entry requirements, licensing rules, safety, and health guidance before traveling.

AI-generated content

Itineraries are generated with AI from research conducted at design time. Despite care taken with accuracy and honesty (date-stamped prices, flagged uncertainties), they can contain errors. You are responsible for verifying details that matter before relying on them.

Fair use

Trip designs consume real research resources. Your first design is free. After that, a membership gives you a monthly allowance of designs, and a consumable pack adds more when you need them. We may adjust these limits and will reflect any change here and in the app.

Purchases and billing

The app offers a monthly membership and a consumable pack of extra designs, each priced and described in the app before you buy. All purchases are billed through Apple's in-app purchase system, using the payment method on your Apple ID account. We do not see or store your card details.

  • Memberships renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before renewal. Manage or cancel a membership at any time in your device Settings, under your Apple ID, Subscriptions.
  • Consumable design packs are one-time purchases. Credits from a pack do not expire.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com or through your purchase history in the App Store.

Acceptable use

The service is for your personal use. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, circumvent fair-use limits, access it by automated means, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend or block a device or account that breaches these terms. Refunds for any remaining paid period stay subject to Apple's policies.

Liability

The app is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, ByteVoid SASU is not liable for losses arising from bookings you make with third parties, price or availability changes, travel disruptions, or decisions made on the basis of generated itineraries. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under French law.

Changes

We may update the service and these terms. The "last updated" date reflects changes; material changes will be surfaced in the app.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. ByteVoid SASU is registered in France.

Consumer mediation

If you are a consumer and we cannot resolve a complaint directly, you have the right to refer the dispute free of charge to a consumer mediator (Code de la consommation, Art. L612-1). Before contacting the mediator, please first send your complaint to us at [email protected] so we have a chance to resolve it. If we do not reach an amicable agreement, or if we do not reply within a reasonable period of one (1) month, you may refer the dispute free of charge to the mediator listed by the Commission d'évaluation et de contrôle de la médiation de la consommation (Art. L612-2 and L615-1).
