Cookie Do - Terms of Service

Last updated: September 1, 2026

These terms govern your use of the Cookie Do iOS app, published by ByteVoid SASU ("we", "our", "us"). By using Cookie Do, you agree to these terms.

What Cookie Do is

Cookie Do is a calm, day-by-day to-do app. You add tasks, give each one a day, and roll over by hand anything you didn't get to. It runs on your device and, if your iPhone uses iCloud, keeps your tasks in sync through your own private iCloud. It is a simple personal organizer, nothing more.

Free days and Cookie Do Pro

Every new install starts with 7 free days of the full app. No payment details are needed and nothing is charged; the free days simply run out.

After that, adding new tasks and rolling tasks over to a new day requires Cookie Do Pro, an auto-renewable monthly subscription. Viewing, completing, and exporting your tasks stay free forever, with or without a subscription, and nothing you created is ever deleted or held back.

  • Price. USD 4.99 per month, or the equivalent in your local currency. The exact price is always shown in the app before you subscribe.
  • No free trial. Cookie Do Pro does not include a free trial. The 7 free days above are part of the app itself, not the subscription; your subscription is charged as soon as you subscribe.
  • Renewal. The subscription is billed to your Apple Account and renews automatically each month unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Apple charges the renewal within 24 hours before the new period starts.
  • Managing and cancelling. You can manage or cancel anytime in your device Settings: tap your name, then Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep Pro until the end of the period already paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
  • Purchases are made from Apple. Payment, renewal, and refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions. To request a refund, use Apple's Report a Problem page. Nothing in these terms limits any statutory rights you have as a consumer, including any withdrawal or refund rights handled through Apple.
  • Price changes. If the price changes, Apple notifies you in advance and, where required, asks for your consent before a higher price takes effect.

Disclaimers

Cookie Do is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding accuracy, reliability, or fitness for any particular purpose. You are responsible for keeping your own records of anything important; your data lives on your device and, when iCloud sync is on, in your own iCloud, and we cannot access or recover it for you.

Your content

Anything you create in Cookie Do belongs to you: your tasks and the way you organize them. We do not claim ownership of it, and because it stays on your device and in your own private iCloud, we never have access to it.

Changes

We may update these terms. The "last updated" date at the top reflects any changes. Continued use of Cookie Do after changes constitutes acceptance.

Privacy

Your data is handled per the Cookie Do Privacy Policy. In short: no accounts, no personal data, and your tasks stay on your device and in your own private iCloud, where we cannot read them. The app sends a small number of anonymous usage counters to our own server, with no identifier of any kind attached.
